M-W-F: 9:15am - 10:15am
Sept 6th and 8th:
Ramp up workout, intros, take current body comps, fitness assessments, set goals, go over workouts and nutritional plans.
Sept 11th: 9:15am. Let the games begin. 6 week challenge ends on Oct 20th! Big prize and bragging rights for the following winners: most weight lost, biggest decrease in body fat percentage, and most improved in fitness (weight increase and cardio).
