Our conditioning class is... how can I say it? Don't eat breakfast before you come. This is a great caloric expenditure day to compliment our slower strength days. It will be a mixture of functional training, sleds, tabatas, rower, echo bike, battle ropes, and plyometrics. Be prepared.
We have a 24 hour cancelation policy with the understanding that sometimes extenuating circumstances happen. Thank you for understanding.
