This is an 8-week pre-season basketball prep program designed to give athletes a competitive edge before the season begins. The program blends basketball skill development, strength and conditioning, recovery work, and mental coaching into one complete system.

Basketball Skills Training with Derrick Fenner
Professional European player & skill development specialist, bringing years of high-level experience to sharpen shooting, ball handling, decision-making, and game readiness.

Strength & Conditioning with Pano G
Over 20 years of coaching experience across multiple disciplines, including performance, CrossFit, and athletics. A two-time Olympic training partner, Pano specializes in developing speed, strength, agility, and durability while preventing injury.

Mental Coaching & Preparedness
Athletes will learn how to approach practices and games with confidence, resilience, and focus. Through mindset training, accountability, and preparation strategies, players will build the mental toughness needed to compete at their best when it matters most.

Coach Pano G – Strength & Conditioning
With over 20 years of coaching experience across multiple sports, Pano G brings a wealth of expertise in athletic development, performance training, and injury prevention. A two-time Olympic training partner, and US National Team member; he has worked with athletes at every level and specifically with high school and collegiate athletes for the last 5 years to build strength, speed, agility, and durability. At the Pre-Season Basketball Camp, Pano’s focus is on preparing players to perform at their peak — developing explosive power, mobility, and conditioning while ensuring balance and recovery so athletes step into the season healthy, confident, and game-ready.
