Speed and Agility Clinic

What to expect:

You will leave this clinic with concrete steps to get faster, quicker and more explosive on the field.  This will be the foundational things you must do well in order to become an elite fast athelte.

If you think:

You're fast enough.

You can't learn something new to help your athleticism.

You don't want to waste your time.

I'm the best athlete on the field.

Then this will not be a good fit for you.  We expect you to show up, bring your attention, and be ready to work hard.  There is only one way to become faster and more explosive, and that is to put in the work.  Realize there is someboy out there training and competing harder and longer.  Keep up.  Get better.  Strive for excellence.
