Personal Profile


Since the age of 9 years old, I have been practicing and training boxing ( like 40 years).. so I will die practicing and training boxing .. but I love to have the experience of training others modalities of workouts or fitness training to allow me to understand the human capacity for strength and endurance.  
I fast every morning during weekdays  but one of my favorite meal for recovery is :
Spinach, frozen strawberries, blueberries mango, one banana, one can of tuna ( in water) orange juice, and chia seeds all blend ..!! And drink it cold !!!
