the club

What is it?

A training program for kids ages 8-16 that focuses on several foundational components of athletics, responsibility and ownership.  


Components of the Program:


  1. Accountability in Actions, Ownership.

  2. Building myself and my community, Commitment. 

  3. Self Defense and being physically resilient. 

  4. Teamwork. 

  5. Staying physically and mentally fit. Grit.

  6. Challenge myself and lead by example. 


When and Where?

February 20, 21 and 22, from 10am - 4pm.   Our Home Base is Vice Athletics. 


Each 6 hour day will cover:


10am, check in.  Connect, set goals and targets for our afternoon. 

10:30am - 11:30am, Self Defense with Tristan Oceaguera.

11:30am - 12:30pm, Teamwork and Grit with Cade Carpenter.

12:30pm-1:00pm, LUNCH, please pack lunch, snacks and water will be provided as well. 

1:00pm - 2:00pm, Classroom educational, Nutritional, defining teamwork, thinking through situations. 

2:00pm - 3:30pm, offsite at park, weather dependent. Teamwork, athletics, mental/physical challenges. 

3:30pm - 4pm, wrap up the day, cool down, reconnect and make the plan for the next day. 



$279 per student. 


What is included:

T-shirt, boxing gloves, 3 days of training, snacks/drinks, graduation ceremony
